## How you will excel your role:
- Expert knowledge of the local Indian payments ecosystem and deep understanding of the local payment methods specificities
- Demonstrated experience of negotiating buy / sell rates with banks and other providers
- Strong skills in pricing analysis with regards to its main factors and drivers
- Experience with Subvention model pricings establishment and tracking
- Understanding of the local acquiring banks requirements: escrow accounts conditions, settlement timelines, onboarding and compliances nuances, etc
- Cross-border banking relations experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Gift-city related opportunities (accounts opening, netting, etc)
- Significant track record of working with international and local card schemes (MC, VISA, RUPAY, AmEx, etc)
- Bin-sponsorship and other similar models understanding
- Knowledge of the local cards pricings: OnUs vs OffUs models, premium-mix, blended rates, etc
- Understanding of the MCCs requirements and limits
- Mark-up definition capabilities, knowledge of key competitors' commercial approaches
- Knowledge of NPCI requirements for UPI and Rupay
