About the team

This frontend team builds and supports core platforms that enable both internal operations and customer-facing experiences at OKX.
We develop theBOSS (Business Operation Support System) Middle Platform, which provides foundational capabilities such as business gateways, Identity & Access Management (IAM), efficiency components, and security controls—helping business teams operate more effectively and securely.
In parallel, we deliver the Customer Genius product suite, focused on customer support solutions including chatbots and automation tools that improve service efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop and maintain frontend solutions with performance, scalability and continuous integration in mind.
  • Leverage AI coding agents and tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks across the team's workflow.
  • Design and maintain reusable AI extensions like custom skills, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
  • Develop and maintain reusable component libraries, plugins, and shared modules consumed across multiple products to reduce duplication and improve consistency.
  • Drive improvements to developer experience and engineering velocity - build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, code generation, and AI-assisted workflow automation.
  • Continuously improve product quality and user experience by working with backend engineers, PMs and designers to translate complex business workflows into intuitive interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science / Engineering / or related STEM field.
  • Solid production experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) - comfortable using AI to augment development workflows, generate code, and solve problems faster.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in building AI-powered features - chat interfaces, LLM integrations, agent orchestration, or conversational UX.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), custom skill/tool authoring, or AI agent extensibility patterns - understanding how to connect AI agents to external systems and codify workflows into reusable automations is a strong plus.
  • Understand of front-end packaging workflow and familiarity with standard development tools such as npm, webpack, git, etc.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and the ability to diagnose and resolve rendering/behavioral differences across environments.
