Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the experience strategy and design direction across digital products (App + Web). 
• Analyze user journeys to identify and improve key touchpoints. 
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure delivery. 
• Balance business objectives with user experience, ensuring consistency and refinement. 
• Monitor industry trends and competitor experiences, and propose actionable improvements.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of product/UX design experience. 
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with cross-functional teams. 
• Proven experience in cross-team collaboration and driving project delivery. 
• Experience with trading or finance-related products is a plus.
