Senior Trader

Responsibilities:

• Monitor internal order executions to ensure accuracy, timely trade confirmations, compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of optimal customer outcomes.
• Review and analyze trading activity across over 12,000 instruments, in various asset classes including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, and forex.
• Perform continuous Best Execution monitoring and generate reports for presentation to internal committees.
• Develop and produce effective KPIs to evaluate and track trading data and performance.
• Manage the processing of corporate events and ensure the proper implementation of corporate actions in trading systems.
• Work closely with other departments to improve and streamline our current procedures, systems, and tools using AI.
• Perform post-trade surveillance to ensure adherence to trading regulations and policies. 
• Ensure accurate pricing of products and monitor system performance to maintain high execution standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Dealing, Trading Operations or a similar role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset trading (Stocks, CFD, KO) and knowledge of ESMA regulatory frameworks.
• Experience monitoring order execution, trade lifecycle processes, Best Execution, MAR and corporate actions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and produce KPIs and management reports (advanced Excel required; SQL/Python is a plus).
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and improve processes and systems.
