About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape our mission and strategy through a deep understanding of our users and business needs. We are looking for a strong product thinker who can devise scalable solutions and develop optimal user journeys that help Web2 users realize the potential of Web3 technologies.Our team is a tightly knit group of motivated individuals working in a collaborative environment to solve some of the toughest problems in this space. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to build and ship amazing products for the masses.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy

• Own the end-to-end user journey, from initial ideation and prototyping to usability testing and final production

• Make a complex domain like Web3 simple to use and understand for Web2 users

• Contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products

• Actively look for and leverage data to help make informed design decisions

• Work cross-functionally with product management and engineering to help define and execute the product roadmap

• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple, accessible, and highly functional

• Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide constructive feedback

What We Look For

• You have 4+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience

• You try to fully understand the problem before jumping into a solution

• You’re serious about data-driven design and consistently push for evidence-based solutions

• You’re a curious individual who loves to ask questions and leave no stones unturned

• You have a great attention to detail and a knack for storytelling when presenting your work and design decisions to stakeholders

• You work well in a cross-functional team setting and a fast-paced environment

• You like to bring order to chaos and can navigate ambiguity

• You’re accountable, willing to learn every day, and enjoy sharing knowledge with others

• You have a genuine interest in crypto and financial products

• You’re open minded to try new things and are able to apply AI tools smartly to improve your design workflow and efficiency.
