Senior Product Designer - Gamification App

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design mobile experiences that combine trading functionality with strong gaming and gamification mechanics.
Design end-to-end app experiences across onboarding, trading, rewards, streaks, achievement systems, and event-based features, with a focus on retention and repeat engagement.
Craft intuitive and motivating mobile interaction flows that encourage users to complete tasks, join campaigns, and build long-term product habits.
Partner closely with developers to ensure design quality is maintained throughout implementation and that the final app experience meets user and business goals.
Maintain and improve the mobile design system, components, and interaction patterns to support scalable execution across product and promotional features.

Requirement

• 7+  years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in mobile gaming, gamified apps, trading platforms, fintech, or crypto-related products.
• Proven experience designing mobile gamified features such as daily check-ins, streak systems, rewards, achievement flows, or event participation mechanics.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX principles, interaction patterns, and design systems, with the ability to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and drive product progress through ongoing iteration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous

Nice to haves

Good understanding of blockchain, crypto exchange mechanisms, and mobile trading user behavior; experience in GameFi is highly preferred.
Experience in mobile game systems, live events, or growth and retention design.
Strong visual design skills, with a good sense of hierarchy, motion, and polished UI execution.
