Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing the company’s revenue to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor the reconciliations of clients' and corporate bank accounts with the accounting software on a daily basis.
  • Prepare monthly financial accounts and review for accuracy, ensuring all postings are complete and no entries are missing.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for CySEC and Central Bank of Cyprus.
  • Communicate with accountants regularly to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Support and monitor external audit procedures to ensure smooth and timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as ACCA/CPA preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled in math, accounting and financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
