About the Role

We are looking for a sharp Risk Management Specialist to be the "guardian" of our platform. Your job is to spot risks before they become problems, ensuring our exchange stays safe, stable, and fully compliant with OJK rules.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring liquidity and market risk especially in volatile market conditions.

  • ⁠Maintaining risk indicators for most operation and financial conditions in internal exchanges.

  • Assessing risk conditions and calculations for clients risk scoring, including AML scoring.

  • ⁠Developing and maintaining key risk indicators for operations and technology overview.

  • Developing and maintaining internal risk for key business processes in the company.

  • Assessing risk for internal improvements, for both operational, financial, and technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 3-5 years in Risk Management or quantitative analysis.

  • Preferable experience working in the financial industry, fin-tech industry, or any digital asset industry.

  • Familiar with blockchain risk conditions, operations risk, financial risk, reputation risk, and regulatory risk.

  • BSMR/FRM Certifications.
