What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design product growth strategies with a focus on user growth
  • Optimize the entire funnel of user acquisition -> activation -> retention through data analysis
  • Deeply understand the business logic of DeFi/NFT/Staking, as well as the underlying technology logic of blockchain, and collaborate with the technical team to advance the implementation of on-chain innovative scenarios
  • Build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics such as DAU/MAU and conversion rates
  • Potentially lead and grow the web3 team growth

What We Look For In You

  • 7+ years of experience in web3 product management
  • Familiarity with the underlying mechanisms of blockchain (consensus algorithms/smart contracts/Gas models, etc.) and mainstream public chain ecosystems
  • Deep knowledge in web3 onchain, experience in web3 growth
  • Team Management Experience Prefer

  • The salary range for this position is $375,666.00 to $450,799.00.
  • The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
