Office Assistant

SatoshiLabs is a world-renowned pioneer in digital security and a bitcoin-first tech holding behind products like Trezor, Invity, Tropic Square and Vexl.

To support our people building these products, we’re looking for an Office Assistant — someone who enjoys being at the centre of office life and making sure everything around the team works seamlessly.

TLDR: We need Pam from The Office.

From keeping the office running to helping colleagues and guests feel welcome, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who makes a real difference every single day.

👉 What you'll do

• Regularly clean meeting rooms and refill fresh water during the day

• Collect mail and other deliveries

• Handle the office phone and general office e-mail

• Basic office administration - maintaining internal systems and spreadsheets

• Welcome guests and offer them refreshments

• Kitchen duty - keep the kitchens on all floors tidy, order groceries, keep fridges full of snacks and drinks, make sure we don’t waste good food, etc.

• Manage lunch orders for other colleagues, tracking and deducting their expenses

• Track birthdays and anniversaries of our people, post announcements to Slack

• Participate in organizing company events and ad hoc tasks - team buildings, meetups, parties, breakfast, coming up with new event ideas, etc.

• Most importantly: spread good vibes ❤️

💪 About you

• You have previous experience in a similar role (Assistant, Receptionist, Office Manager, etc.)

• You’re able to be present in our office on a daily basis

• Time management skills and the ability to multitask

• Organizational and planning skills, attention to detail

• Physical resilience - bags of groceries are heavy and our building is huge…the stairs are basically a free gym membership

• Good (verbal and written) communication skills in both Czech/Slovak and English

• Reliability and discretion - you will often learn of confidential matters

• Friendly personality and can-do attitude
