Your Mission

As a NetSuite Consultant, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, enabling Bitpanda to optimize and scale critical business processes. Your primary focus will be on driving enhancements and supporting solutions centered around NetSuite and its ecosystem.

Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Financial key workflows. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions that align with Bitpanda's growth objectives.

What you’ll do 

  • ERP & Business Process Expertise: Act as an internal consultant for key stakeholders, advising on and implementing solutions within NetSuite to optimize business processes and automations across the full suite
  • Configuration, Testing & Deployment: Configure, test, maintain, and deploy NetSuite and other Business Applications customizations, workflows, and scripts in alignment with Bitpanda’s SDLC standards.
  • Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of NetSuite and its ecosystem of applications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and integrations to ensure alignment and clarity across stakeholders and compliance with Bitpanda’s Change Management best practices.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to understand and address business challenges, aligning technology solutions with business goals while helping to shape the culture, processes, and impact of the Enterprise Applications team.

Who you are

Core Requirements

  • Expertise in NetSuite: 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and managing NetSuite.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively in fast-paced environments with full professional proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Action-Oriented: A proactive problem-solver with a curiosity to research, adopt, and implement new technologies and methodologies.

  • Development & Customization: Experience with Workato, customisations, and E2E integrations.
  • Eager Learner: Passion for staying up-to-date with trends and innovations in ERP, dev frameworks, and A.I. technologies.
