Our fast-growing IB business runs predominantly on MT4/MT5, and we need a skilled specialist to ensure the platform runs reliably and scales with our ambitions. You will work on the day-to-day operation of MT4/5, supporting platform configuration, integration, and compliance. This role is critical in keeping our trading systems stable, secure, and aligned with business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain MT4/5 platform operations, ensuring stability, uptime, and smooth daily performance.Configure accounts, permissions, and MAM/PAM structures to support business and IB needs.
  • Support platform governance by implementing standard processes for permissions and admin rights.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues quickly, working with Dealing, Engineering, and Compliance to resolve them.
  • Assist with regulatory alignment (ASIC, FCA, CySEC, EMIR, MiFID II) through accurate reporting and controls.
  • Manage integrations with liquidity bridges (OneZero, PrimeXM) and support FIX/API enhancements.
  • Enable business expansion by supporting product launches and new platform features.
  • Generate operational reports and platform metrics for stakeholders across Trading and Compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience working hands-on with MT4/MT5 platforms in a brokerage, trading, or fintech environment.
  • Familiarity with liquidity bridges (OneZero, PrimeXM) and FIX/API integrations.
  • Practical understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (ASIC, FCA, EMIR, MiFID II).
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform and account-related issues with accuracy and speed.C
  • lear communicator comfortable working across Dealing, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
