Key Responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.

Collaborate with marketing teams to define data requirements and support business analysis and key decisions.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
-
Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
-
User conversion, behavioral preferences and segmentation analysis, and the establishment of a long-term effective data monitoring system and user operation framework, operational testing and analysis, and activity effect analysis, to evaluate operations and marketing activities with strict statistical validity standards, and generate business suggestions and decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, mathematics or related field.

Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage

Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.

Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.
