About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an HR Operations Associate to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be part of a lean, high-performing HR team by keeping employee records accurate, benefits running smoothly, and day-to-day HR activities on track across multiple entities. It is a great starting point for someone who wants to build a broad HR foundation, and wants to grow in a dynamic fintech environment.
Responsibilities:

Maintain employee data and HR records across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy in HRIS and documentation.

Support onboarding and offboarding operations, including system account setup and data entry, cross-functional coordination, and email communications.

Handle employee daily requests, general information updates, and document management.

Review and maintain OT and leave records to ensure accuracy.

Handle employee benefit administration and reimbursement processes.

Support other ad-hoc HR team tasks, activities and events.
Requirement:

Bachelor's degree with up to 1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship included).

Detail-oriented and comfortable handling routine operational tasks with accuracy.

Good written English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
