About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an Office Administration (OA) Lead / Manager who is not only passionate about taking care of the team but is also ready to be a true strategic partner to our leadership!
At BTSE, the OA Lead/Manager does much more than just "keep the lights on." You will be the heartbeat of our office workspace, ensuring our cross-functional teams have a great environment to thrive in. This role requires a strong sense of ownership—someone who can naturally look at the big picture from a management perspective, grasp what matters most to leadership, and lead a team to execute ideas flawlessly.
If you love cross-functional communication, have experience leading a team, speak fluent English, and have a solid track record in property management, corporate travel, and large-scale event planning, this is the perfect stage for you to make a tangible impact and grow with us!
What we value most is the way you think, communicate, and collaborate with others. Experience is a bonus, but traits like responsibility, empathy, and professionalism are what truly help someone succeed here.
Even if you're newer to admin work, we'd still love to hear from you if these values resonate with you.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Ownership: Lead, mentor, and grow the OA team. Optimize daily administrative processes and establish efficient workplace workflows.
  • Executive Sense & Support: Serve as a reliable backbone for management. Stay aligned with leadership's focus and priorities, proactively tackling workplace challenges with a "get-things-done" mindset.
  • Property & Facilities Management: Act as the primary liaison for building management, office renovations, and external vendors. Take charge of space planning, asset management, and vendor lease negotiations.
  • Corporate Travel & Mobility: Oversee global corporate travel arrangements (including corporate airline/hotel corporate rates, travel policy management, visa applications, and relocation support for executives and international team members).
  • Vibrant Event Planning: Lead the team in conceptualizing and executing high-impact internal and corporate events, such as Global Town Halls, festive parties, team-building activities, and VIP guest hosting.
  • Security & Workspace Operations: Oversee office security protocols, access card controls, and procurement processes to ensure a highly secure, comfortable, and smoothly-run international work environment.

Requirements

    What we are looking for:
  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in Office Administration, Facilities, or Corporate Services, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on team management or supervisory experience (experience in fast-paced Tech, Fintech, or multinational environments is a major plus).
  • Comprehensive Scope: Solid experience across all key pillars of the role: Property/Facilities, Corporate Travel, Large-Scale Events, and Daily Admin Operations.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong professional communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) to collaborate smoothly with international stakeholders.
  • Traits that will make you successful here:
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Exceptional ownership and problem-solving abilities. You don't wait for things to happen—you make them happen.
  • High EQ & Communication Skills: You know how to balance the needs of the employees, negotiations with vendors, and expectations from leadership with grace and professionalism.
  • Agility & Flexibility: Thrives in a high-growth, fast-changing Fintech environment and is always open to learning and adapting.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • Various team-building programs and company events
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
  • And many more! Apply and let us tell you more!
If you're ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment, apply now and become an integral part of our team! Your skills and dedication will help shape our future success.
