About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will support daily business operations and ensure efficiency across internal processes. You will help ensure smooth transaction processing, user account management, and compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-moving digital asset environment. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career analysts who are interested in business operations, fintech, or crypto.
Responsibilities:
- A Cross-Functional Collaborator: You partner with teams across Product, Technology, Customer Service, and Marketing to support daily operations and drive project execution.
- A Coordination Driver: You help align tasks across teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of operational activities.
- An Operations Supporter: You maintain and monitor processes to uphold service quality and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- A Product Launch Contributor: You work closely with internal stakeholders to support the rollout of new products and features, keeping timelines on track.
- A Reporting Partner: You prepare regular updates on project progress, operational metrics, and key initiatives to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirement:
- An Emerging FinTech/Crypto Talent: You are a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in business operations; experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus.
- A Detail-Oriented Analyst: You bring a sharp eye for detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- An Effective Communicator: You collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas with clarity and confidence.
