Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by maintaining professional and supportive relationships.
  • Act in the best interest of clients by promptly addressing inquiries and consistently delivering top-tier service.
  • Promote positive client experiences to encourage favorable reviews and feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments, products, and marketing promotions, and communicate this information effectively to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to re-engage inactive clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Adherence to the company’s legal guidelines and compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in handling clients within the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • A client-centered mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  • High level of reliability and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Holding a CySEC Basic certification is considered an advantage.
