What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Regional Head in overseeing business and growth initiatives, ensuring effective execution and delivery of key projects.
• Participate in selected business communications and partnership discussions; prepare meeting minutes and track follow-up action items.
• Assist in drafting partnership proposals, industry analyses, and strategic research materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project progress and resource alignment.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to support business decision-making.
• Contribute to periodic strategic planning and business review processes.
• Support the optimization of business processes and key account management mechanisms.
• Provide dedicated support on special projects and high-priority matters led by the Regional Head.

• 参与部分商务沟通与合作推进，整理会议纪要并跟踪关键事项。
• 协助撰写合作方案、行业分析与战略研究材料。
• 跟进跨部门协作，确保项目进度与资源协调顺畅。
• 梳理行业动态、竞品信息及市场趋势，为业务决策提供支持。
• 参与公司阶段性战略规划与业务复盘。
• 协助优化业务流程与重点客户管理机制。
• 辅助区域负责人的专项任务与重要事务支持。

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of work experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Strong interest in the blockchain industry, Web3 ecosystem, or digital assets sector.
• Proficient in leveraging emerging AI tools and software.
• Strong communication skills in Mandrain
• Clear logical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, patient, execution-focused, and highly responsible.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Good command of English preferred; international exposure is a plus.

• 本科及以上学历，1-3 年工作经验或优秀应届生。
• 对区块链行业、Web3 生态或数字资产领域有浓厚兴趣。
• 擅长使用新兴AI软件等工具。
• 具备良好的沟通能力，
• 逻辑清晰，具备结构化思维与良好的书面表达能力；
• 做事细心、耐心，执行力强，具备高度责任感。
• 抗压能力强，适应快节奏与高成长环境。
• 英文良好者优先，有海外视野更佳。
