工作内容
- 识别、接洽并成功引入各行业的新商户,推广我们的支付服务(如 POS 终端、二维码支付、电子钱包等)。
- 建立并维护与现有商户的稳固关系,提升交易量、客户留存率和满意度。
- 协商商户折扣率(MDR)、商业条款及服务协议。
- 与内部团队(如产品、技术、运营等)紧密合作,确保商户顺利上线并完成系统对接。
- 作为商户的主要联系人,处理咨询、支持需求和问题升级。
- 监控账户和整体商户组合表现,跟踪交易量并识别业务增长机会。
- 及时了解支付和金融科技领域的行业趋势、竞争对手产品和客户需求。
任职要求
- 商业或相关领域的本科学历。
- 2–4 年商户拓展、业务发展或客户管理经验,具有金融科技、银行、支付或电商相关背景者优先。
- 拥有成功签单及管理高交易量客户组合的经验。
- 出色的沟通、演示和谈判能力。
- 以客户为中心,具备强烈的目标驱动力和超越 KPI 的热情。
- 积极主动,具备良好的组织能力和时间管理能力。
- 能够与国际合作伙伴和利益相关者进行协调沟通。
- 在达成或超额完成业绩指标方面有成功记录,并获得过客户的积极反馈。
